Our printed hoarding is produced on 1220 × 2440mm aluminium composite material (ACM), a proven choice for large-format exterior graphics.
ACM combines a rigid, stable construction with relatively low weight, making full-size boards easier to handle while providing a smooth, flat surface for sharp, even print.
Durable and weather resistant, it’s well suited to construction hoarding, development sites, refurbishments and other outdoor display applications.
LARGE-FORMAT UV PRINTING, IN-HOUSE.
Every hoarding panel is printed at Weldit using our Mimaki JFX200-2513 EX large-format UV flatbed printer.
Its 2500 × 1300mm print area accommodates a complete 1220 × 2440mm ACM sheet, allowing us to print directly onto the board rather than applying a separate printed vinyl layer.
With print resolutions up to 1200 dpi, the result is sharp type, detailed imagery and even colour across each panel. UV-curable inks are cured during printing using the machine’s LED-UV system.
