Weldit is proud to support Keech Hospice Care, a local charity providing specialist care and support for adults, children and families living with life-limiting conditions across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Luton.
Keech delivers compassionate, holistic care that supports not only patients, but also their families and loved ones — ensuring dignity, comfort and understanding when it matters most.
Keech’s work goes beyond traditional hospice care. Through their Inclusive Health Service, nurse-led palliative care is taken directly into the community for people experiencing homelessness and living with life-limiting conditions.
This vital outreach service is supported by a £5,000 grant from the Lords Group Foundation. As part of Lords Group, Weldit is proud to contribute to this funding, helping Keech reach people who may otherwise struggle to access healthcare.
As a metal fabrication and printing specialist, Weldit supports Keech in a practical, hands-on way. We produce printed signage and visual materials that help guide visitors, communicate services clearly and raise awareness across Keech’s sites and outreach locations.
Clear, durable signage plays an important role in healthcare settings, helping people feel informed and supported from the moment they arrive.
Keech’s approach is flexible and person-centred. Clinics are held in accessible locations, appointments adapt to individual circumstances and short-notice visits are arranged when needed. This ensures care fits around people’s lives, rather than expecting people in crisis to fit into rigid systems.
Through practical support, financial backing via the Lords Group Foundation, and a shared commitment to community care, Weldit is proud to play a small part in Keech’s life-changing work.
It’s a partnership rooted in compassion, accessibility and making a difference where it truly counts.
